Thai Beef Salad

Take lean steak and sprinkle liberally with garlic granules and chilli flakes (or powder), plus salt/ pepper if desired.
Grill/ BBQ (or fry in non-stick pan) each side till browned then remove from heat, leave to stand while you prepare the salad.
Make salad using veg allowance - I use baby spinach, rocket, coriander leaves, mint, chopped tomato, a sprinkling of sliced shallots (green onions)
Slice steak thinly and arrange on the salad.
Dress with mayo allowance, mixed with chilli and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
