Mango Curry Chicken
Squash (grated) and other Vegetables, finely diced (allowance) Spritz Zero 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder Small pinch Garam Marsala Small pinch Garlic Powder Small pinch Chilli Flakes (optional) Mango (allowance) Finely slice chicken into small slivers. Brown chicken in a non-stick pan or wok, add vegetables, pour enough Spritz Zero over to cover and add spices, simmer till chicken and vegetables are cooked and liquid has reduced to required amount - add chopped mango and stir through. Serve immediately with crackers (optional).

Hey Wendy this was really yummy but I had a look at the ingrediants and believe that garam marsala is a deviation...as we are not allowed to have blended spices/seasoning (only pure spice), I also noted that it has wheat starch in it. Is there something else we could use instead of the garam marsala?
Pity - coz it was really yummy!

Thanks Hexi for pointing that out - when I was experimenting I got the idea to use Garam Marsala from another recipe on this forum so I didn't even think to check it. But you're right with the wheat starch we should leave it out. No need to replace it with anything - maybe an extra pinch of curry powder.
