Hey Tuti,

My plan doesn't say anything about limiting cheese to 3 times a week...only limiting feta to once a week. I pretty much had cheese everyday during the last 6 weeks of my diet plan. I feel in love with the cheese stuffed mushrooms and zucchini. I lost weight no problem. So I don't see why all of a sudden the cheese would be bothering me...so I am chalking my slight weight gain up to the salt that I've been overindulging in a bit for the last 2 days and bread. I'm cutting out any additional salt completely and taking one slice of bread out of todays meal to see how I do. Hopefully things will be a bit better. If not then I will cut out the cheese and see what happens.

Shell, I love my yogurt...I'm happy to be having it again.

Be back later with my food for the day.

Cindy

Re-feed Day 15 of 19 days - 65.8 kg (up 300g)
Breakfast - Yogurt w/Applesauce
Snack - Rice Cake
Lunch - Grilled Cheese Sandwich, 2 Slices Bread, Chicken Breast, Zucchini
Snack - Pear
Dinner - Pork Chop & Applesauce, Broccoli, Asparagus, potato - YUM

Good day...still feeling very full. Still feeling like it is too much food. Substituted a rice cake for 1 piece of bread today thinking that would maybe help with the weight gain...if I am up again tomorrow then I am removing the cheese...it's good but not that good...I've worked too hard to get here to ruin it with some cheese. Tomorrow will tell.

Have a nice day everyone.

Cindy

Re-feed Day 16 of 19 days - 64.8 kg (down 700g) YEAH
Breakfast - Yogurt w/applesauce
Snack - Apple
Snack - Crackers & Carrots
Lunch - Salmon & Asparagus
Snack - Strawberries & Milk
Snack - Toast
Dinner - Steak & Veal, Zucchini & Asparagus, Potato
Snack - Carrots
Snack - Cookie

I was down in weight quite a bit this morning and I am so relieved...I think I was retaining water.

Today I decided to have 1 slice of toast instead of 3 and no cheese...I felt a lot better. Not so much in fullness but I think the cheese sandwiches were making feel like I was doing something wrong.

Congratulations on getting your weight back down again, Cindy. What are your instructions on the quantity of bread to eat? I didn't often eat bread prior to Cohen's. I'd like to have it occasionally post-diet, but don't want to have to eat too much during refeed. I think I have a slight allergic reaction to it.

Hey AJ...I haven't really been a bread eater either...although it has been yummy and I am finding a bit of an addiction towards it. I will not keep it in the house after refeed. It is too easy to eat...and just not so smart for me. The instructions depend on the day. I went from none to one to two to three...the last 9 days have been 3 pieces...its really crazy!!!

Shell...nope...didn't have any wine yet. But tomorrow night is girls night out and I plan on having my first glass of wine...it's my last day of refeed...kinda bad timing to do dinner out but oh well. How was your big night out...how did the beer taste...amazing I'm sure.

My weight has been so crazy on refeed...drastic ups and downs...not enough to have to go back any days though. I haven't had a BM in about 6 days though...so that could be a bit of it...I'm really getting annoyed about it too...have taken everything I can think of short of a suppository...which I'm now considering.

Cindy

Re-feed Day 18 of 19 days - 65.4 kg (up 400g)
Breakfast - Yogurt w/applesauce & Bagel w/butter (don't know if that is legal but I scooped out all the insides and had a tiny bit of butter on it...it was great)
Snack - Strawberries, blueberries & Melon Salad
Lunch - Steak, Broccoli & Potato
Snack - Carrots
Dinner - Chicken Thigh, Zucchini
Snack - Cookie & Orange

1 more day of refeed. I passed up banana cream pie today and it was pretty hard. I did take a piece home with me for 2 days from now but I'm nervous I'll eat it before then. I think I better toss it...I shouldn't even be eating it later anyway.

As I said tomorrow is my last day of refeed and I am going out for girls night...nothing fancy just a nice dinner...however I am looking forward to a glass of wine. Here is a question...can I have more than one glass of wine if I don't eat any of my bread? Probably not but wanted to check anyway.

Cindy

Hi Cindy,
No on the more than 1 wine!
Are you taking your food with you?

Are you excited to be finished re feed ?
Hope you have a great night out!

I had no problem at all with BM during re feed, very regular every morning- until I finished and had more cheese!

Banana cream pie! I haven't heard of one of those since watching Gilligans Island Wasn't that Gilligans favorite.

One day to go you lucky thing! Hope you have a good night out. I'm pretty sure you're only allowed 200ml of wine.

Well done Cindy

Cheers

NO MORE REFEED

The funniest part is that I am happy to not be eating so much food. I woke up and weighed myself and I am 65.8 which is up 400g...not too happy about that but oh still lower then my goal 500g...so I am pretty happy about that.

DID I MENTION I AM FREE FROM WEIGHING MY FOODS??? That being said...what did I do this morning? I weighed my yogurt...old habits die hard.

It feels really good to be finished with refeed and I have that piece of banana cream pie in the fridge that I have been waiting to eat and I don't even want it. I think I'm going to toss it before I change my mind.

I have a date today...it's my first date since I was dating my ex husband. We've been separated/divorced for almost 2 years now...and my first date happens to fall on my ex's birthday...weird huh? Don't know if subconsciously I knew I was doing that or not...but I just realized it last night. Kind of scary dating again but I feel really good about myself so I am going for it.

Last night's girls night out was great. It felt really good to be able to join in a bit.

Thanks everyone for your constant support throughout this journey...I will be checking in of course from time to time.

Cindy

Congratulations Cindy. You must be so happy to finish.

I know what you mean about not eating so much food. I am up to day 10 and finding that it is probably more than I used to eat.

Just eating the right food now.

Hope you have a great night with your date.

Cheers
