Well you go girls...... cause I know how you feel about wantin to stay thin and having the plan to do it. I have been busier than a cat trying to sh---t on a rollin rock, so have not been around here much. Had plans of looking around here, maybe giving a few a little rasberrys but I look at the clock an am off to feed and head to church. Have fun with the race but of course Hexi I have to cheer on (the hardest) Pandora (I remmber what the rootin meant so can't say THAT) no offense she is my bud ya know.....You both are winners anyway. pudge |

I'm not going to join your race girls - as much as it would be fun but as soon as I join a race my weight skids to a halt. Been in two races and just die so I'll just jeer (I mean cheer) from the sidelines.

I had an excellent drop of 900gms despite the extra crackers and fruit...down to 62.7 so only 700gms away from my top end of goal. I am aiming to hit 60 before redoing refeed...
So wonderful to hear from you Pudge! Pleased your back and placing bets on me

Its great to see you girls are having a 'friendly' challenge
After having some time off program with holidays I often struggled with making good choices and hope to be able to maintain a healthy weight after refeed. Thanks for sharing your challenges. I will be joining you on the other side very soon. Keep up the great work Pandora and Hexi! |

Hello folks and i am afraid i have to bow out of this great race gracefully. Maybe someone else can step up and take my place and spar with Hexi. I PM'd hexi about this last night. My reason is as follows.
For my birthday, my hubby has"surprised me" (trust me that is rare!) and bought me a personal training program and it is an alternative (for me) to tummy tuck surgery. It is a personalised eating and exercise program for 12 wks. I first researched it in April but couldnt afford it - its $499 for the package with personal coaching. Anyway, the trainer has asked me to go off cohen program for now and give my body a different eating program - similar to cohen but WITHOUT the 5 hour rule and rev up my metabolism. I dont want to let hexi down re our pony sprint BUT i do want to give this a go since hubby has finally supported something for me! I do want those 6 pack abs and i need someone standing over me cracking the whip! Gotta go to work, bye for now. Pandora |

Ok - any little ponies want to race me...
I sit at 64 kilos with at least 4 - 6 to go to refeed? We can start up a new race....I really need the motivation of a race... And best of luck Pandora...

I'll race you if you like Hexi - although every time I race my weight stops dead so you should win easily!!
Anyway - lets have a go and perhaps I might delay my refeed if the weightloss is still happening. I'm supposed to pick up my refeed monday week. But I don't want to start it until I feel I need to. Cheers Irene
