Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
Well just an update which is not a good one. I stayed at my 54 kilos until about March this year and then i swear i had chocolate every day and now i have not weighed myself cause i am to scared but i think that i have put on about 6kg back on and now need that jumper to cover up my butt again when walking. I honestly can say i felt so good wearing what ever i wanted but now i am having a dilemma even knowing what to wear cause i am not feeling to good. The weight has gone to the lower half of me of course. To this day which is a year and a2 weeks since i started Cohens i have not eaten properly i have still not had big serve of vegies or fruit and every time i have milk in my coffee i feel as though i am doing something wrong. I did not have a coffee or chocalate the whole time i was on the program and now i am trying to do it again and i am having so much trouble sticking to it this time. I do well for a day and then have a break out, Sticking on the forum last time did really help me so i was hoping to do that again. I felt like i got too skinny last time but i would love to get there again. Just now the after part is the pain i have got in my head milk is bad and it is not good for me. I want to get back down and then be healthy with treats once a week. Has any one had the same experience and how are you all going Anniem |

Welcome back, Annie. I'm not yet to refeed, so can't help with the maintenance questions, but some of those currently on maintenance have had similar problems. Maybe you could start a new diary in maintenance.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. Hi Annie,
Sorry to hear your having a hard time of it. I love chocolate too and still have it most days but mostly after dinner when I have had some carbs and only a small bar of Dark chocolate. I also have Atkins protein bars which are low in carbs and very filling. I find if I know its going to be awhile before I eat I will have one of these bars. They have been a life saver for me on some occasions because they fill me and I don't pig out on other things. I also have a cappacino nearly everyday and I love it. I dont have milk in anything else. If I am home I have a black coffee. However I eat mostly Cohens meals everyday ie meat or seafood and plenty of vegies . My consultant told me we have a 8 or 9 month honeymoon period after we have finished the diet and then might find we put on a bit of weight so have to go back on the diet for a short time. Hope you get back on track because you know how good it feels to throw anything on and you dont have that tight feeling with your clothes. Cheers Tuti |
