If Dr. Cohen gave you a target weight of 50 - 53 kgs, then unless you did not give him the true facts on your medical form, then you are wrong. Are you sure you gave them the proper shoe size? Barring that, or your age or gender, your target weight would be accurate. Most who have gone way below their target find that it's almost impossible to maintain it there as it's not where you belong.

Yes, I give them all my details accurately. When I 1st time received my program booklet with indication of my target weight at 53 - 50 kgs, I'm a bit surprise too. I'm Asian and I think 50 plus kgs for my height is still consider chubby. Hopefully, anyone who face the same problem or dilemma like me can give me an advise if I can still lost those 4 kgs after refeeding.

Thankss..s....

I'm not sure I see a problem. If 50-53 kg is your target range, just go to the bottom of your target before starting refeed. You can lose up to 2 kg while on refeed. That would put you at around 48kg. So all you have to do is follow the program 100% and you should be alright.

I have finished my refeed on Sunday. I just loss 200 gm during refeed. I start refeed at 53 kgs. That's why I feel very dissapointed at my final weight after refeeding.
I plan to go back to my original plan for less than 14 days and see if I can loss the few kgs and maintain it. Is it possible?

Yes it's possible. But you might do better to stay on it for 2 weeks and then do refeed again just to be on the safe side. (Stabilization is very important as you know). Again, you might only need a week to lose it so be flexible.

Then you must stay away from the Roti Channi & Penang Laska!

Yes, definitely wont take Roti Channai!! It's high in carb & fat even without the gravy. I think can eat Penang laksa without the noodles. It taste spicy + sour, every woman will just love it! haha..

By the way, any idea what outside food safe to take? What normally you eat when you outside or holidays?

Since I Finished? What ever I feel like!

But I temper it with common sense as well. My tastes have changed considerably since I've been on Cohen's so I tend to eat at home more so I can eat what I feel like. I just don't eat out more than once a day if I can help it therefore having two cohen friendly meals a day (breakfasts are always cohen friendly and without carbs). I have gotten away from salt almost entirely as my taste buds have found that there is enough flavour and natural salt to satisfy me. The big thing is moderation..... And you know what to do if you do overdo it a bit.

Enjoy your holiday!

Yes, eat in moderation is very important. If we over eat just avoid carbs for the next 48 hours. During these 48 hrs we still can have our 5 cripsbread which is great!
You say cohen friendly meal...is that mean you will weight and eat exactly type of vege & protein as in our original program? To me, I feel it's easy to follow for meal 1 (yogurt, egg & cheese) but not for meal 2 and 3.
