I'm guessing there might be a thread about this somewhere but are there any tips about the impact of starting to exercise once you get to maintenance. Specifically about whether you have needed to increase the amount of any food to give you the energy for the exercise and to manage any hunger from it? I'm keen to get back into walking and to strength training and strange as this may sound I'm more likely to not eat enough food to support me during this, to then get very hungry, and to start eating the chocolate in the fridge that I've been very happy to ignore for the last 6 months.
