This is very normal. As far as I know it goes up and down in different ways for different people, but the fact is that if you stick to the programme you can be sure it is working. Take note of your clothes getting looser- that was more regular for me than actual weight loss.

Hi Lifebeginsnow!

Everyone is so different when it comes to weight loss. Perhaps the best thing is to check with your clinic re the losses, and go through the checklist of things that perhaps you may be doing without realising it. Also keep reading and re-reading your programme, as you will keep on picking up information from it.

So long as you are still losing, I wouldn't be too worried.
Here's sending you fat burning vibes to help shift those kgs a bit quicker!

Vee

We don't know how much you need to lose totally so it's hard to tell. Additionally, the first month you will normally loose up to double the subsequent months primarily due to the primary detox/water loss experienced during the first month. As noted above, you might want to check in with your clinic.

But, most importantly, go back and re-read your programme from page one to the end. Do this at least once a month and preferably once a week. You may well be deviating without knowing it. This happens to a goodly proportion of the people when starting out. It even happens to those who have been on the programme for a while as well. The re-read is important as everytime you read the programme you will realize something new.
