re starting 8months later

I am seriously thinking about restarting my old program from 8 months ago to give it a go and have looked everywhere on the forum with no luck at finding the new items that are now allowed could some one please help me to get this information...

Hi Belinda!

Congrats on taking action and getting a new programme. I'm doing my second programme and have found it worth while, because it is what helped me to get my head in the right space to do this again! I also now have the knowledge and wisdom gained from doing this before and where I went wrong to maintain my losses.

I hope the programme arrives soon so that you can reach your goal sooner!
