Im new, I took my blood test Friday and I'm waiting for my program. How long do I have to wait? How long did you wait?

Welcome to the forum!
It would depend on which clinic you are waiting on, and in which country. I see you are doing the USA online programme! I have no idea how long it takes with them. Here in Australia, once the blood tests are done and money is paid, we usually get the programme in about 4 to 5 days. It may be quicker for you as it is all happening online, whereas we have to rely on post to get it from our clinic to us.

I'd say probably about a week.. thats how long my wait was.. hopefully u get it soon..
U should think about getting a ticker, it is a good way to see how u are going with ur weight loss, and u dont have to put how much u weigh, u can put how much to lose..

Also my advice, try to stick to the program and not deviate. I have had about 3.5mths worth of deviation, and that has added 3.5mths to my time doing cohens, i am hoping to finish in july, which would be 14-15mths doing cohens.. (i had 106kgs to lose)
Another thing is maybe set urself little goals and rewards along the way..

I have no plans to deviate on purpose, but I know I'm human and can make a mistake in weighing or whatnot, but my weakness is not with food but with alcohol. That part is going to be really tough for me.

Hey cindylou! The no alcohol part is reaaaaally hard for me too, two weeks and two days since my last drink :P I feel like an recovering alcoholic :P I jus keep remebering its not for ever, one day ill drink again haha xox goodluck!

Okay, now I"m freaking out. The payment was pending in my bank account, and is no longer pending. Does that mean I was rejected? Can you be rejected after giving the blood test? Im rediculously healthy and only needed to lose about 10k or so

Ooh not sure what the pending vs non-pending means... perhaps contact your clinic?!

I contacted them, everythign seems to be okay...thanks guys! Still waiting on my program, hope to start next week sometime, but I could handle waiting until the week after...Im just ready to start tho!
