Well I've not done the forum thing before, ever actually. Been on Cohen's since Dec 7th and after a few weeks break mid january due to some medical tests, I'm back on it and have as of today lost 12.1kg. Very excited, but still 26 to go. Feels like a long way still. Well lets face it, it is. i've found a great app for my iphone called Body Shot that can track your weight loss and measurements which many can do, but the beauty with this is that you also can take photo's to track yourself with and I'm doing it weekly. You don't really think you can notice much until you see the before and after shots and after just 6 weeks of tracking this way it's already amazing. If you have an iphone get yourself this app. It's a paid one but I've found it worth every cent. Cheers
