Still confusing... 2.5 hrs between each cracker eating time? Doesn't it conflict with the meal time?

Hi GUG, just wondering when did u start Cohen? Jan 2010? Losing 28kg is amazing!!

I eat my crackers with my meals, they don't have to be seperate to your meals, but can be if you like. I started Cohen's in January but started losing weight in early October, so not as impressive as it looks at all, so just over 4 months to lose 29kg.

Ok so say I eat breakfast at 8am (yogurt + kiwi). At 10.30am I eat 4 crackers. Then at 1.30pm I eat lunch. At 4pm I eat 4 crackers. At 7pm I eat dinner. At 9pm I eat the remaining 2 crackers + fruit.

Is this ok?

just don't eat after 9 - that is our deadline!
And i can't resist giving you another favourite cracker recepie of mine - feta cheese smeared on it with tomato, onion, zucchini fried up (in spray of OOil), with salt and chilli flakes - put this all on top of the cheese and it is just like bruchetta topping. Bummer it is only once a week!

Hi shuki, thanks for the recipe. Looks like a breakfast one to me?

Also, I was wondering if it was better to skip a meal or still have it at 9pm? I have late night classes twice a week and sometimes I really may have to eat later.

Hi DP,

Check the link below, then click the link on that page after reading the words first for context. Asy provides the answer to that one... Here's the first link...

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Thanks Koh. I guess I have to get used to waking up early for breakfast. I will try not to go back to sleep again after breakfast. Perhaps I will walk my dog, do some chores instead.
