Default On flabbiness

Are you experiencing extra flabbiness in your problem areas?

I am noticing that my thighs are extra flabby than usual. I guess they have kinda shrunk but not liking the extra flabbiness! At least when they were chunkier, they were firm.

Does it eventually go away? Rather frustrated because at high end of goal weight but my thighs seem to be in a different BMI all together

Hi LM,

Patience, grasshopper !! This is quite normal (initially) and it will all settle down as time passes. Asy said it takes up to a year (in some cases - I'd doubt YOU would be in that category). You didn't have a lot to lose, and you are younger. So, you may well come right within a month or two. Keep getting those early nights, as I understand it is the HGH that will help (and that is released as you sleep).

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Thanks for replying, Koh.

I am just nervous that I may have lost some muscle mass as well in my thighs hence the extra flabbiness. Maybe I should go on refeed soon so I can focus on getting exercise into my lifestyle during maintenance.

Hey Littlemiss...

Ahh, flabbiness... I hear ya sister! haha. My tummy is my major problem area, and was always kinda 'hard'... not in an abnormal way, but just firm... and now, it is crazy flabby! I am holding onto the faith that the flabbiness will tighten up.

I was told to take zinc and rub in bio-oil into my skin at night. Makes the sheets a bit greasy though. Anything is worth a try I guess.

Yes definately, tops of thighs, tummy and flaps under the arms BUT l know over time this will all firm up. Well.......within reason Amazing the types of undergarments now available to help disguise this flab and you don't end up with a double chin

Oh girls wait till you have kids - then no amount of creams, lotions, exercise and potions will ever get rid of the flab - unless you were stick thin to begin with which I certainly was not!
