My first day
First of all, you are all an inspiration. Wow! Today is my first day on the program. I didn't find it all that hard to stick to. I have been on many diets and haven't been able to resist temptation. I am a school teacher and children often bring in muffins and slices they have made. Today I am glad to say that I did not receive anything. Although I was offered other things from the children's lunchboxes. Unfortunately they know I have a real weekness for salt and vinegar chips and twisties! Had to kindly decline. I didn't experience any headaches or moodiness what so ever. Tomorrow might be a different story. The other half is bracing himself! I can't wait for the week to be over and although I shouldn't I am going to weigh myself. Keep you all posted on how that goes. I have only 10kg to loose so I try to think to myself that I won't be on this forever, hopefully I will be done in 6 weeks (fingers crossed) and then start the refeeding program. Wish me luck guys One day down and many more to go....... |

Congrats on joining Cohens. It is the best thing you will ever do. I have been on the program for three weeks today and have lost 8.9kgs - although I do have four times the amount to loose as you
Stay strong, the program is easy if you are ready to dedicate yourself to it. Dont deviate and those ten kgs will be gone before you need it. Best of luck xo |

Hi Arcuria and welcome to the forum and day one of the rest of your life
Here is some light reading which may help you: I can't believe the kids are allowed to bring chips to school? My son's kindy won't allow anything that is not healthy - no fruit bars, muesli bars etc and definitely no chips. And that is fine with me.... Hope you enjoy your journey although I am confused because your ticker says 12 kg not 10?? jlou |

Thanks for the imformation. I found it very useful. Day 2 hasn't been too bad. Although at 8.30pm I am starting to get a head ache. Bedtime soon. Stay tuned.... |
