Variation on a classic french salad


Recipe Description
Poached egg and asparagus salad with 'croûtons.' 
Ingredients:
Egg
Lettuce
Asparagus
Vinegar
Cracker (optional) 
Preparation Steps:
Blanch your asparagus and poach your egg
(allowance). 
Level of Difficulty:
Easy 
Time Needed:
5 mins 
Serves:
 
Instructions:
Plate up with a small side salad (allowance)
Serve with cracked black pepper, cracker 'croûtons'
(ie smashed up a bit) and a splash of white wine
vinegar.
