Thanks for finding my Audrey poem.. made me stop and think about it again. Oh I love Audrey - she is such an inspiration and such a beautiful woman! True beauty is so more than what you look like on the outside. Good to stop and remember that.

Hi Koh,
I just wanted to say thank you for posting "explaining back on the bus" - I'm going to bookmark it for myself. You do alot of good work for us all, spending time we might not have, gleaning the bits that will help us with our many and varied problems (are you sure you're not a pyschologist?! )
I for one appreciate it, and I"m sure many others do too.

Those posts certainly turned on a few lights in my brain, and, having re-discovered them, I didn't want them to "remain lost".

I'm glad it was of use to you - that tells me that it may well help a whole bunch of others too.

Debs post on ‘scales not your friend’ is gold!!!! Pure gold!!!! I had to laugh a bit not ‘AT’ the post but ‘ABOUT’ the post - I’m not sure what’s worse - having a plateau or seeing the scale go up??!?!

I guess We shall see but for anyone that weighs daily it might be a great post to read 😬
