Back after having baby
Im back to complete my goal. I joined in late 2009 and then fell pregnant early 2010. Gave birth to a beautiful baby boy in September (after having 4 daughters my family is now complete). DS is now 4 months and dr has given me the all clear to loose all the extra weight (35kgs). I do plan to join in a lot more in the challenges and post more. Last time I was a bit shy more reading than writing. Cheers Fi

welcome back Fi and I wish you all the best for your journey! Congratulations on the birth of your first son, that is wonderful news! 5 kids.....phew, you will be busy!!! What are the ages of your other children??? I look forward to reading your progress!!

Start weight 89.5kgs 21/10/10 start refeed 66.1kgs 3/2/11 finish refeed 63.9kgs 21/2/11 total loss 25.6kgs in 17 weeks.  Happily maintaining with the guidelines.  Best program ever!!!!!!

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen. Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Thanks ...... I start tomorrow.....shopped today ......preparing meals for the family for the first week as I do suffer from the detox headaches.
My childrens ages are 14, 12, 6, 4 and a 4 month old.
