Default Pepsi Max versus Pepsi light

Hi all, well I just got my programme today and will be starting in a couple of days. I am slightly confused by one thing - what is the difference between Pepsi Max and Pepsi Light? I have read the ingredients and they look to be the same - the sodium level is the major difference and it is lower in Max than Light. I am told I can't have Max and am a bit distressed.

If you could enlighten me that would be greatly appreciated

CHEER!

Hi Shorti,
I too was a fan of pepsi max and was a bit devo that we couldn't have it but I'm in love with pepsi light! I think it's nicer although it is harder to come by. I'm not too sure what the difference is I was just told there was something in Max that wasn't allowed. Try the light and you will love it! All the best!!!

Thanks for that post , I have been wondering also.
Prefer pepsi max then the diet coke and coke zero.
Must be the type of sweetener in max.
