Spectacular Slim by September Challenge

Hello to anyone reading this & welcome!

Please feel free to join this challenge whether you have a little or a lot to lose. Starting 1st June, this is a 13 week challenge (due to there being 92 days total).

If you can update weekly that would be wonderful, share your weight loss goals & personal goals too. Hopefully sharing our progress & supporting each other through this will be hugely beneficial. I'm looking forward to it!

Ok so here is my starting point for this spectacular challenge.

Cohens start weight - 88kg & BMI 32.7
Week One 01/06/2011 - 78kg & BMI 29.0

My ultimate goal would be to reach my Cohens goal of 59kg & be either starting refeed or have completed it.

I can't wait for some more Cohenites to join this challenge.

I am in a challenge that is coming to an end next week, so would love to come on board of this one. Wow only 12 weeks until September that sounds good, winter will all behind us, and spring will be in the air I will update my weight and goals this coming Wednesday!!

I would love to be apart of this challenge. GOAL is 52kg, so thats 17.3kg to lose. If I could come close to losing 15kg in the next 13 weeks, I would be happy to start re feed with 2kg to go.....thats my aim!!!


Wk1: 30 May- 69.3kg (starting weight) Im going to use my weight from Monday from my post in 20kg and less thread

Cant wait to be skinnier by spring!!!!

Glad you could join I have just realized my goal of losing 19kg by September is a little optimistic! Although saying that, my official Cohens weigh in next week may change my mind about that!

I'm in as well I plan on being very close to getting to re feed by Sept probably Oct though but this is a great incentive for me ... I weigh in on Mondays but can do a wed one myself if I need to..

Count me in too please. I would like to be under 80kg by then, if my body is willing to go along with my request! I like the idea of a nice long challenge because I still have a long way to go.

Another goal for me is to take my daughter to swimming lessons in Spring instead of being too embarassed to do so.
