♥♥♥ SLIM BY JUNE CHALLENGE (12 weeks) ♥♥♥
A new challenge!! A few of us Cohenites, noticed we had similar amounts to lose, and realised we all the same goal ‘to be slim by June,’ so we decided to set-up this challenge so we can cheer each other on!!! The Challenge will take us right to June… so 12 weeks! How much can you lose in 12 weeks?? To be a candidate: Anyone can join! We all be slimmer by June, right?) The Goal: The goal is chosen by you and where you hope to be by June, which is in 12 weeks (try not to be too crazy with the goals, try and be realistic). The rewards section can be updated as needed. How it works: To start: Well, you copy the template below and paste it into a new post and add your own details (you can use your own weigh-in day). Weekly update: Every week I will compile the results for a snap shot view of how we are all going! … and every week you come in, find your name on the ‘snap shot' list, copy and paste it into a new post and add the new week number and update your results! Easy peasy! Also, whatever colour you choose to do your posts, I will use for the snap shot- to make it easy to find. The Schedule: Week One: Updated by 19th March Week Two: Updated by 26th March Week Three: Updated by the 2nd April Week Four: Updated by 9th April Week Five: Updated by 16th April Week Six: Updated by 23rd April Week Seven: Updated by 29th April Week Eight: Updated by 7th May Week Nine: Updated by 14th May Week Ten: Updated by 21st May Week Eleven: Updated by 28th May Week Twelve: Updated by the 4th June!! Okay, I’ll start...
NOTE: The bits in Italics are just so you know why I wrote what I wrote, you won't need to do this Little Doll’s Starting Weight: 83 kgs (I have used my Wednesday weigh-in) Goal: Reach the 60’s! (my goal equates to at least 1 kilo a week for the 12 weeks) Rewards: Swim with Dolphins and be ‘happy’ to wear a wetsuit! Example (Next week it will look like this): Little Doll’s Starting Weight: 83 kgs Week ONE: xxx kgs ( x kilos GONE FOREVER) Goal: Reach the 60’s! Rewards: Swim with Dolphins and be ‘happy’ to wear a wetsuit! I hope a few of you join the challenge!

Miss Nix’s Starting Weight: 77.5 kgs Goal: Reach the 60's (67 to be in a healthy BMI) Rewards: Get my extensions put back in!

yay thanks for setting this up missy.
Starting weight : 102.2kg Goal : going 80kg ( 22.2kg in 12 weeks- but have lost 13kg in 6 weeks so far) cohen's and pilates plz get me there. Reward : book that trip to Hawaii in November and be on maintenance by then (nov). Volcanoes and diving here i come. The Schedule: Week One: Updated by 19th March - hope to be below the evil 100kg mark Week Two: Updated by 26th March Week Three: Updated by the 2nd April Week Four: Updated by 9th April Week Five: Updated by 16th April - to be in one of my goal dress for trip to melb. Don't know about bookmarking it but you can subscribe to it. Click on "Thread tools", a drop down menu should appear. Click "Subscribe to this Thread" -- then choose your email notification preference.
To get back to your subscribed threads, click on "Quick Links" - another drop down menu will appear and click on the link that says 'Subscribed Threads". Hope this helps!

My birthday is in June so it is my goal to be looking slim and hot for photos.
Dreama's Starting Weight: 76.2 kgs Goal: Refeed (approx 51kgs which is goal weight) Rewards: A hot pair of skinny jeans and a hot outfit for my BD Stick to the program and a loss of 2kgs a week and i will be there. Good Luck everyone, great idea Lil_Doll |

Exciting idea Missy and eveyone. I'd like to join even tho yr a few days into it. At least starting today i might have a dramatic first few days lol! I have 13.8kg to go to goal so i should manage that in 12 weeks and also finish refeed IF i am truly focused.
