Day 2 and going strong
I have a massive 40kg to lose but I'm hoping that after diet and diet and diet this one will work. It seems like such a good system and there seems to be a lot more support. I did the horrible measuring of my body last night which was a bit upsetting but i'm hoping it might put a smile on my face when I have to do it again. I've been strong and not purchased a set of scales so I can't weigh myself every day. Looking forward to a new begining |

Re: Day 2 and going strong
Welcome Beccy,
This is the best diet ever, although its a lifestyle change rather than diet and you are on the way to a new you. Those cm measurements will change and rapidly so get set for the ride, the feelings you had doing the current ones will soon be a distant memory. You will heaps of support and help on this forum, its simply inspiring following others achievements. I look forward to following your journey

Re: Day 2 and going strong
Hi Beccy,
Congrats on starting the program, goodluck with the next few days they maybe challenging but you will get through them. I like to remind myself that it's only a short period of time compared to the next 30 yrs of a slimmer and happier me. I have 30kg to lose and have actually blocked the target weight out of my program so i am not staring at this seemingly impossible and something i cannot imagine number. |

Re: Day 2 and going strong
Thanks Myf... your not wrong.. the first week is hard... I'm loving the food so that's good. I normally eat the food reccommended to me.... but just feeling like I have no energy..... Hopefully it will pass. The target weight was a bit of a shock to the system when I first saw it too!! I still haven't put my beofre photo in my book.... don't really want to look at it every time I open it!
Can't wait untill I start seeing some results. Good luck on your jouney too xx |

Re: Day 2 and going strong
Hi Beccy,
Congrats on taking the first step to start Cohens - I am sure it will be a decision you will not regret. I read your other post on fatigue which I wanted to come by your diary and say that it stayed with me for quite a long time but by the end of week 4 I was feeling so much better. Week 1 is the hardest. Week 2-4 can still be hard but hang in there - it is well worth the effort. Just a quick trick for you - I measure myself each week but every 6-8 weeks I draw the tape out to my starting measurement - now that will make you smile Sapphire |
