48 Hour Reset Cracker Question
You may still have crispbreads during those 48 hours, but no more than 2 at a time as in your original Eating Plan." Does this mean I can have the amount of crackers allowed on refeed (but no more than 2 at a time) or does it revert back to my original plan allowance of crackers? |

I was wondering the same thing Thumbelina! I just figured I would use my judgement as to the urgency of the reset. If I needed a major reset, revert back to plan numbers, but just for counteracting a small setback, allow refeed amounts. And see how I go. But, I would be interested also to hear others ideas on the subject...
(on my 'detox' day this week when I felt I had to go back to plan foods for a day, I allowed refeed amounts but didn't use them all, but I also had no urgency to my reset - hence my calling it a 'detox') |

I emailed my clinic about it and they said go back to the plan amounts. However, I agree Tahli, if it's not a huge reset (only slight indulgence) I wouldn't sweat it.
Am also wondering if people have tried a 24 hour reset for minor indulgences? |

I try to stay good until, I am back in a safety zone weight. I try to limit crackers to plan limit. My undoings are usually the two weekend days, so it is rarely a minor indulgence. If I could get out of it in one day I would but I usually spend till wed-thur t get back int safety zone, that is just how it has been working fr me lately.
