Default Is Scampi allowed?

I have been given some Scampi (and salmon) and not sure whether it falls into the prawns and lobster catergory. We have visitors tomorrow so I thought I would cook the salmon and scampi therefore I would be able to eat the scampi (if allowed). Does anyone have a nice recipe that they could suggest (if allowed). Thanks.

Default Re: Is Scampi allowed?

Scampi is part of the prawn/crustaceans family, so I would think that they are allowed.
