Default multivitamins

I am having trouble finding a multivitamin that meets all the requirements of the program. If someone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

I have the blackmores sustained release which was recommended to me by my clinic.
Good luck - I am interested as to what others think

Thompson's Multifort is the only multi vitamins that I have found so far which meets the requirements of the program. If anyone else knows of any other that would be appreciated

Hi. In NZ we can buy an Aus brand, Natures Own. I have the Muti Vit+Minerals. I have been using since December and felt a big improvement from the ones I was taking.
The label print is small but I think they are C-ok.
Caution-they do seem to make different Formulas though and some have extras such as Herbs and Health things like green tea, or evening primrose oil etc.
Hope this is of value.

Further to CLS's comment, Natures Own have a naturopathic help line where you can ask about any hidden extras in any of their vitamins, or about medicine interactions etc. They are really really helpful. You can find the number on their website.

I just know that they are a great helpful company from experience with my occupation
