CFS/ME and Cohen's

Is there anyone out there that has CFS/ME? I am only at the end of week 3 and still haven't really had much improvement with my energy levels. Is there anyone that is further along or finished?

Hi Bonney,

Wow, that's a new one on me I certainly don't recall anyone on here having mentioned Chronic Fatigue before. Still, if Dr Cohen has OK'ed you to start, then I can only think that he doesn't consider it a barrier to weightloss.

You will likely be starting to feel a lot better soon as your weight drops. Most find that their energy levels increase dramatically once they have shed the first 10 - 15Kgs, even if they have way more than that to lose.

Of course, CFS has many underlying possible causes - whether they will be "fixed" on Cohens remains to be seen. But, for a bit of hope, do check out my favouritest thread on here - Cohens seems to fix so many things, maybe CFS can be added to the list later. Let's see how you go.

The clinic I go to has had other people with CFS on the program and they have had big improvements. I was hoping to find someone on here to hear from them how it has changed their health for the better. I have noticed some positive changes already
