Re: exercise
Hi Buzz,
I'd think a "leisurely stroll" would probably be OK - but forget "power walking" for now.... Some say "Don't do any exercise that would prevent you from talking properly". If you are still able to carry on a conversation while walking, you are probably OK - but what does your clinic say? Since I'd just posted this for someone else, I thought I'd share it with you too :- http://newyouforum.com/forum/showthread.php?p=113959#post113959 Hope it helps give more understanding, Koh

Re: exercise
thanks for the reply. so long as it doesnt stop me losing weight i will continue my walks. i just noticed in some places it says no excercies and it others it says if you are doing some, continue but dont start if you havent been previously. just make sure not trenuous, i just wasnt sure exactly what the right answer was.
