Default I need some advice Re: Easter

My title is slightly misleading, but I do need some advice about what to do over Easter.
My problem is not the chocolate, but that I am going away for 3 days. I will be camping for 2 nights while I am racing in Jetsprints.
I'm fairly sure I can stick to plan except on race day.
Race day is quite intense, and I need to do several races over the day. In the past I have eaten high fat/sugar foods which I feel helps me concentrate and stay 'on-to-it' I drink litres of juice and it feels like I am feeding my brain/body to stay alert and ward off headaches.
I wear fireproof overalls, boots, balaclava and helmet, and so I get really hot/thirsty.

Should I try sticking to Cohens and hope not to get a headache or overtired? Or should I deviate and deal with the consequences later?

heres a link of some jetsprinting if you are interested in watching. Its not me but I did race that day. Im the navigator so I dont drive the boat, but its my job to remember all the turns....

Just wanted to add...
I started Cohens yesterday, with the information I found on this forum. My program has been couriered, and I will get it today or Monday. I will have been on Program for a week before Easter. I was going to wait until after Easter, but all the awesome stories on here really motivated me and I wanted to get started.

Hi Baroness, talk to your clinic first. They can advise you what extra foods to add to get you through the day.
When you get your plan, and know when your racing, you could really carefully plan your food out. After a week your detox should be over, and you should also know how your body is coping. Some Himalayan salt in your water will help to replace lost minerals during the day. But...talk to your clinic. I built a fence, and my consultant told me afterwards I should have told them as they could have added some protein etc to my plans to make it easier.

Good luck with the racing...I'm such a coward with speed lol...been in too many accidents with other people driving!

Baroness I would and will be having the approach that Easter is no different from any other day, food wise that is.
I will treat it like any other day on Cohens, don't want to deviate just because of one chocolate Easter egg. I'd rather make an apple, cinnamon, Salada cracker and eat that as my treat. Think positive. I'm going away so its going to be a bit more difficult but I'm planning and going to prepare and only take with me what I'm allowed.
You can do it if you really want.

If you are going to start your program before Easter weekend, then stick with it like it is just any other weekend.

The easter bunny does not mean as much as you think
