Will book it in for Thursday I think, got a busy few days with the kids, meetings and they have cross country at school weather permitting - it's been so crazy windy here last few days!

I am having a courgette emergency! There are NONE! Obviously they have gone right out of season which is stink cause I was eating them every day. Will keep looking and hopefully can track some down somewhere and buy them all

Don't buy them all! I haven't been able to find them for the past two weeks either - how can I have my breakfast hashbrown with no courgettes! Used my last one yesterday, and it was looking quite sad by then! Hope there are some more in the shops by Thursday (grocery night), I don't care what they cost!

No zucchini's!! My gosh I would die without them! Zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes will feature in my meals probably almost every day!! They are core staples!!

Week 3 results:
Start weight - 80.8kg
Today - 74.7 (-500g)

Am stoked to have still had a loss despite all the deviating that went on over the weekend - yay!! Definetly not worth it pretty much losing a week of progress, is motivation to stay on track for sure!

Tried another supermarket for courgettes this morning - no luck but I did find lean turkey mince so pretty excited about that!! Now what to create with it? I also found the schweppes light ginger ale and got some spinach and pawpaw so a few different things to try A bit confused on the curry powder now, the one I was using has fenugreek in it which is apparently a no-no? Have emailed consultant so will see what she says. What do you other NZ ladies use?

I was put onto the "Vencat Curry Powder" in the red container at New world (I think). There is an orange container which is apparently hotter. I use hardly any when I do use it, as I can't handle spiciness at all.

This link might show you a pic: http://www.google.co.nz/imgres?q=cur...9,r:0,s:0,i:78

I love my turkey mince - I just do the same recipes that I use with beef or chicken mince, except maybe switch the spices a bit (I like to use tumeric and cumin with chicken especially, don't use it as much with other proteins). So really just brown the mince, add chopped veges, spices, a bit of water and cook! But I have fairly bland tastes and am know culinary whizz in the kitchen (although I would love to be).

Thanks so much for that mcbell! Will go see if I can find some today. Totally know what you mean about not being a culinary whiz! My food has been pretty plain so far but it's what I like. I am proud of myself though, I have always hated tomatoes and I have had them a couple of times now in the sweetballs sauce, not so bad when they are all mushed up and like a sauce!

Another winning moment today - brought these cool coloured jeans ages ago and never got to wear them cause I they wouldn't fit! I loved them so much (and they were on sale so super cheap) so I put them away for whenever I lost weight and YAY I am wearing them today!! Feeling pretty awesome!

Yay for coloured jeans, Kiwi!!

I am pretty boring with my food! I am defintely no masterchef! haha. My only concern is cooking the protein thoroughly, so I don't poison myself! hahaha
