Hi All,

Just thought I would introduce myself. I've been doing Cohen's now for 2 weeks, and tonight is my first weight in. I have to say, I'm sort of half scared!!! I'm scared that if I only lose a minimal amount of weight, then how am I going to stay motivated for the next 2 weeks??? My clothes don't really feel any loser, and only a couple of people are telling me they can see a difference.

I promise to keep you all posted on my weight lose tomorrow but in the meantime please keep your fingers crossed for me. I have to say that I haven't found this diet the easiest to follow, and I'm already finding it a bit boring eating the same veggies all the time. Any suggestions???

Anyway, thank you all for your posts, they have really helped me when I get the nibbles up. I just get on here and read instead.

Cheers
Jupiter

well done Jupiter. 7.7kgs should be enough motivation for you I think.

Keep up the great work. Start a diary so that we can follow you for the rest of your journey.

At present the most important question I have in mind is, will this program work for me? I really hope all goes well with this plan and hope I lose some weight.

It works if you really really desperately want it to.
