Default Help

Hi everyone, I haven't been on here in a while and after 5 months am proud to say I have lost over 35kg. I am about 6.5kg off top of my goal range. I'm finding my weight loss has stalled and last month I dropped only 5kg. For over a week now I have been stable at my current weight of 73. I have been completely deviation free however seemingly my bloods at 4 months showed a deviation. Any advice, help, support would be really appreciated at the moment, can't work out what I'm doing wrong or maybe the pattern I'm experiencing is common? Many thanks, Elise

hey ED... 5 kilos a month seems pretty good really. especially near the end!

as for the blood results... I have seen some people in the past get deviations in their results yet they are doing everything right.

if you want to list all you eat and the times in a day maybe we can see if there's an issue.

but it sounds like your results are Fab! Congrats on your tree results!!

thanks for that, ED... but you have to edit your post and delete the weight numbers... we're not allowed to say them here. eek.

your day looks pretty perfect... quite similar to mine!

how much water do you have in a day?

I was going to say enough water as well.
Getting enough sleep? How much salt are you using? Are you using the correct allowance of spices?
Approved Curry powder? Yoghurt should be just dairy and culture nothing else.
You will find things slow down as you get closer to goal.

Looks good and I agree that 5kg/month is actually still going at a very normal Cohen's rate

Some people find eliminating cheese can help speed things along. Definitely no more than 3 serves each week though.

Think of it this way in just 3 months you will have completed the journey for sure! Stick with it! You are so close!
