Well I have been extremely busy and haven't had a chance to come on the forum and post but I am happy to say my new program is great and today is my 2 week mark and I have already lost 6.5kg and I am feeling absolutely fantastic and I am in the zone! My one month weigh in is in 2 weeks time and I can't wait!! I'm not gonna lie I would love some chocolate or something sweet but I keep telling myself nothing is sweeter than the weight loss for now!

Congratulations on your hard work Newme! Well done so far, the longer you stay deviation free the easier it will be to ignore the chocolate.
You know you could start a diary if you like in the New Diaries you don't have to wait for approval, send the request and start. If you like you can copy and paste some of your journey from here in there...

Hello All,
Welllllll this Thursday the 17th marked my 4 week weigh in and first blood test and I'm so happy with the results, I lost 8.5kg which now puts me at 67kg I have another 10kg to go to get to my lower end of my goal weight. I'm so excited to see I am fitting into my jeans that I couldn't get past my thighs a month ago! Here's to month number 2 now I am hoping I have another great month which would mean I will be a few kg away from my goal and then onto refeed! Getting a new program was the best decision I made the best $750 I have spent in a long time! )

I'm doing this! Start date 11th June 2013 Got close to goal then FINALLY fell pregnant after 3 IVF rounds! Lost 17kgs in 2013 Had baby girl July 2014 Back again March 2017 to lose 20kgs Really want to be lucky enough for IVF to work again so come at me Cohens!

Hello Everyone! It's been a few weeks since I logged on I have been on my program first month weight loss was 8kg second month was a struggle had many things on and deviated slightly so weightless wasn't huge I lost close to 3kg only. I am back on track now to lose the final kg hope to be done by Christmas! Feeling awesome!

Hello everyone..
Hope everyone is doing well on their plans.. I haven't been here for a while, had a lot on, kids started school holidays, hubbie and I went on our amazing trip to Paris, we came back was still crazy busy with the kids and a little depressed as we get after coming back to routine, it was very hard to get back on the plan while kids were home but now kids are back at school I need to get back on my plan and finish it with a bang. I left to Paris at 63kg was only 6kg away from my goal but unfortunately I have put some on over the holidays and I am back at 67kg. Quite depressing but I know what I need to do. I won't lie it is very hard getting back on the plan but it is something I need to do I was too close to not finish it and do refeed this time. I am back for the support I desperately need it.. Good luck to all!
