Default 3rd time stuggling

Hi!

It has been a long time since I have been on here. I have been on the Cohens again now since the beginning of October, or somewhere in there. I have started again since having my third baby, I have complications during pregnancy and the weight stacks on! - I had no issues maintaining my weight. I started around 93 kilos this time- although I weighed in at two weeks after the start- to afraid of what the scales would say- and weighed myself last week and was 75 kg. yay!! for Cohens! I am starting to feel like myself again and I am so glad but can not wait to fit into my clothing again.
Im after some help from those of you that have been on the program before and are re-doing it. I am not using a new program and I know that my chemistry has changed a lot- it was almost 5 years ago now since I got mine but it has worked and is working so I am happy to stick with it. My issue is that I am way to tired this time around. I am also doing a lot more than what I was doing in my previous journey. I am considering adding a small amount of protein to the meals but am not sure how much- and also this time around I am really struggling with not exercising. I miss it. Any advice?

How long have you been using your old program?
your body has gone through a lot of changes and 5 years is a long time between plans.
Are you taking a good multi vitamin?
Perhaps you should get in touch with a clinic and see if you can get some support.
It sounds like you are struggling with this eating plan. It is really not doing your body any good and by the sounds of it, it is not providing you with the benefits a Cohen's eating plan should.
Are you following it 100%
Are you not exercising because you are tired?

Sorry for all the questions, but it does sound like this eating plan is not for you and you may need another one.

Thank for replying ladies!

Mulit vitamin- Yes, blackmores
I have contacted the clinic here and they were not very helpful to be honest. They told me what I kinda already know- like you ladies said- it has been a long time and I know that my chemistry has changed. I have been using my program this time around for 2 n a bit months- and loosing weight fine. I am following it 100%, as I know that it has worked very well when I have before. This is my third time using this program, once when I had my second son- lost 43 kilos, second time when I had my third pregnancy (I had a still birth) lost 20 something kilos that time and this time round for my fourth pregnancy and third baby- so far again 20 something kilos. I am not exercising because of the complications during pregnancy I was not aloud to and have been recovering from that- my son is 4 months old. I found that after I lost the weight the first time I really enjoyed exercising and really want to start up again but as I wasn't when I started the program again I haven't started again? Yes I have been struggling with the tiredness since the start but just put it down to getting used to the program again and hormones settling etc. I don't remember struggling with it like this before- I felt great on it, this time it isn't going away.
I would love to get a new program and start again but we cant afford to just yet. I suppose at the end of the day I am wondering if it would be better to just use my re-feed weights and exercise my way back to my goal weight- I figure that if I need a new program then using my old one isn't doing me any favours- it isn't working the way that it should - basically making it the equivalent to a low carb diet?

How far off refeed are you?

Perhaps your life as a new Mum is tiring you and not so much the program? hehe.

Do you space your crackers and fruit?? I am pretty much always eating! I never eat crackers or fruit with dinner, it's always a separate event. Are you eating all of your fruit and crackers? What about soft drink?

Also... how much water are you on? As you get smaller you may need to decrease it. Are you using a fancy salt? You can be wee'ing out essential stuff if you're not. I use a (pink) Himalayan sea salt.

I hear you on not being able to afford it! Same with me!
