You should eat all the crackers and fruit in the first 10 days - after that it is optional. Most of us who have tried to 'beat the results' by cutting fruit and crackers have found that it makes absolutely no difference.
The reason you lost so much (yes - so much) in the first few days is because of water weight. Depending on how much you have to lose, you can expect approximately 1 - 2kg's a week from here. Good luck - and try not to weigh every day if it is gonna upset you. |
