Hi Crystal

I can imagine your disappointment at your first month weight loss. Don't give up though, perhaps there is something that needs to be tweaked. Did your consultant go over your foods with you to make sure that you're eating the correct things with the correct timing? Are you drinking enough water? Have you kept a food diary so that she can see what you've eaten when and possibly pick up where there may be a problem?

If you're doing everything right and are 100% deviation free then it may just be that you're a slower loser but you're still losing weight and it will always be faster than any other plan on the market. Try talking it through with your consultant and see if she has any suggestions for you.

Hi Zolae

How are you going with your eating plan? Are you managing to stay 100% deviation free?

How about adding a ticker so that we can encourage you as you reach your milestones.

Hello!
I am in the US and am on the online program as well. My start date is this Monday and I am super excited to see how it works for me.
