just ate the new batch Slimmers. A bit tangy, so maybe I left it in too long (that's what instruction says, that if you want it a bit more tangy, to leave it in 9 hours rather than 6). Added a tiny bit of sweetener, and it was ok, will continue to experiment, and once I've used all the sachets, try it with just UHT milk, milk powder for smoothness, and starter yogurt.
