Any updates I need to know about?
I'm re-starting my plan this time next week & wanted to check a couple of things…..last did my plan about 18 months ago so I'm wondering of there are any changes! Are we allowed to take Garcinia Cambogia pills? Also, does anyone know the max number of evening primrose capsules a day? Thanks in anticipation! Shrinki xx

Hi Shrinki! I'm back too back to lose my baby weight that I knew I would put on... Back to square one but oh well. Good luck with it all. I'm just using my old plan again so I'm unsure of any changes.

Hi Shrinkabelle..
I started my plan 4 weeks ago from a very old program.. Im taking Garcinia Cambogia tablets as well, and I have lost 8kgs. They are helping me a lot I think.. I was wondering the same thing if we are allowed to take them. I might stop them and see if the weight changes at all.. Thanks for asking that. jackie |

Hi Shrinkabelle,
Takes guts to start Cohens again (literally! Haha ) so good on you for making the best decision for your body, mind and health. I re-started Cohen's on the 10/01/15 with my old plan from 10 years ago with great success so far. I'm sure there have been changes and enhancements in that time but my body seems to be positively responding and yours likely will too. Good luck on your journey.

Second time for myself also, lost around 20kgs for my wedding 2 years ago but now have put all back on.

Hi Shrinkabelle,
I was advised by my Clinic to use any multivitamin, calcium, magnesium supplements and either fish oil or flax seed oil provided they did not have gluten, wheat, lactose, added sugar, preservatives and/or yeast. I use a Women's Multivitamin (x1), Calcium +Vitamin D (x1), and Fish Oil (x1). I hope this helps. I am starting again too and using my old plan from 3 years ago. I've only just started (like 2 days ago!) but I had terrific results last time and I am confident I will again. I believe in the science behind the programs and if yours was specifically designed for you then you can't go wrong, right? I don't know, I'll let you know how I go after my first weigh in and whether or not there are tears or cheers. Good on you for giving it another go, we all need to have like minded people supporting us through this journey. All the best and I hope things go well for you. Andie |
