Even if you successfully complete the program it can come back, it all goes back to life style choices, but I have seen with people I know who have started the program and never completed it , they gain it back in lightening speed. Refeed is so cool, Scary and awesome at the same time. You find what foods react really badly to your metabolism and which foods you can bulk up on. Everyone is different, but when you get back to the perfect metabolic equilibrium you feel fantastic. |
