Hi Audree

Even if you successfully complete the program it can come back, it all goes back to life style choices, but I have seen with people I know who have started the program and never completed it , they gain it back in lightening speed. Refeed is so cool, Scary and awesome at the same time. You find what foods react really badly to your metabolism and which foods you can bulk up on. Everyone is different, but when you get back to the perfect metabolic equilibrium you feel fantastic.

We had the unfortunate event of our consultant leave the office before we had finished and that was our turning point of going backwards... we didn't feel we had the support from that point other than from each other, however that was not enough because we both love fast food and it got the better of us once we tasted it again after 5 months.

Hi Jessy, I realize that this is a life long thing and needs to be monitored regularly to ensure that there are no more than 5 pounds weight gain. I normally would try to eat low carb type of lifestyle most specifically South Beach. My husband and I were working out prior to doing Cohens and look forward to working out again.

I know that I have always been carb sensitive so I really need to watch the carbs.

Hi Booboo, I am sorry that you lost your consultant before you finished the program. I have only known the online program and come here almost daily for support. We have each other!
