oh great June - its a staple - that and magnesium and your multivitamin. Let me know if it helps you. Sometimes they say just pop one under your tongue and dissolve it rather than swallow if you have a mega craving.

Hello everyone! I have been quite a silent reader for a month now and I feel so inspired to read success stories here.

I'm a naughty girl too! First 1.5 weeks, I've been good, but after that, I've deviated for almost 2 weeks, then got back on track for another week. Then, I deviated a day after that.

I feel really bad but I'm trying not to beat myself so much and just keep moving.

Atleast, I know now that momentary pleasures aren't good for me. And I'm aiming for my 60s!! 1.2 kgs to go.

I'm hoping that I won't ever ever deviate again. Keep your eyes and mind on the goal!!

I have low EQ I guess, but I'll keep trying. I really wanted to look fab and slim!

Ahhhhhh I am loving that there are others out there like me I too am back again after making dumb choices and not getting to re-feed. Thank you all for sharing it is inspirational. I am going to finish this time and don't we all remember just how good it felt to be slim. JuneRA maybe try chromium. I have yes just day 1 but it sure helped as I have dabbled with my programme and couldn't get passed 4:30 without deviation and yesterday I did so maybe the chromium worked

My consultant said that tea could make you crave for more food.. So I stopped taking tea and observe how my weight will be affected.

Do you have any cravings on specific food? Or you're just feeling hungry?

Really Trish - Tea?? Thats very sad. I have had to ditch my tea since starting Cohens - I will never be able to drink black tea.

Have you tried herbal teas? I'm a peppermint tea addict from way back and chamomile can be quite soothing too

I love peppermint after meals. It helps with digestion and chamomile helps with TTOM cramps and my anxiety. I think you can even get chamomile and mint together. I can't drink black tea without cows milk and a teaspoon of honey. Am so missing my tea. I'm addicted to black coffee though!

I'm glad but sorry that some of us need to repeat this program! I messed up on refeed the first time... did it a 2nd time and did better with refeed but still not as well as the plan wants you to do and I am sure that is why I gained the weight back! I feel so stupid after spending so much money and working so hard on the main part of the diet plan! It has been years of struggling for me.
Good luck to all!
