Ahhh it wasn't great. 2.4kgs for the 4 weeks.
Going to ease up on the Mangos and eat more apples, but nothing else to change.
We keep going forward. 11kgs to go. 41kgs gone. Still awesome.

So went Zip lining & overhead obstacles for Valentines yesterday.
Lol, what we thought was going to be fun turned out to be great fun but actually very tough on the unfit.
So a little sore and had to eat fruit a little earlier than normal yesterday.

Meals today:
Mushrooms & egg
Salad & steak with balsamic
Cauli rice & beef curry with mayo on the side
2xapples

That sounds like a fun day fuzzy! And a great workout. I haven't done cauli rice yet, might give it a go this week.

I would love to try Zip lining, i have always been overweight so never trusted myself on them.

Well done on making your valentines fun and staying on track.

Thanx Jem. Patience, patience. Don't rush to the end, it will come meet you.

Have decided 3 things for first month of maintenance to keep at.
1) keep at 3 ltrs water.
2) keep food prepping, especially healthy portion sizes
3) carbs only after training, still portion sized.

Because I generally do water well, may change 1) to no Junk food in the house....

I like reading peoples maintenance plans. It's probably a good move to plan for it. Some great ideas there!!

Hi Fuzzy!! You are such an inspiration girl!!

Are you on plan for the first time? I mean will you be getting the refeed part & then maintenance guidelines from a Cohen's Clinic? I really like your three points for the first month of maintenance. This is where I faltered and then just couldn't find my way back to plan until now. When you get to maintenance they will give you a "life planner" and guidelines on eating carbs, dessert, alcohol etc... basically we can never go back to eating the way we were before... because that's how we ended up obese in the first place...

You should be so incredibly proud of how far you have come and your determination to succeed is truly awe-inspiring... you will be at your goal weight before you know it!!

Looking forward to your next update!

Allie

You have come so far Fuzzy. 10kgs to go not far now. You might feel it is the longest part the last 10. I know I did first round but not really slower than it was , maybe slightly slower but I was too over eager to get there so seemed to be really slow but was really averaging close to the same

Thanks Blondie, Allie & Wendy for the drop in.

Yes, on plan for the first time. I will get refeed and maintenance plans from the clinic.
I think.....and its a big THINK that I've talked myself into some patience and calmness for the last few kgs, refeed and into maintenance. Only time will tell if it works out.

There were a couple of signs why I needed to get ready.
I was starting to see maintenance as an end instead of the start of a new journey and wanting it all to finish NOW!
We went majorly off plan and binge ate on crap for a week over Christmas holidays so there are warnings all over about no control.
My partner will be on plan for another two months or so after I refeed so in support I will keep as close to cohen as possible at home.

Slowly does it....

Thanks Allie.
Driving me mad the slow losses. And on top of it I had to go away to a 2 day work conference.
Surrounded by lots of sweet things makes me grumpy.
Lol.
