Restarting tomorrow

Just like many stories, I lost weight two years ago, then it crept back up starting last year, June. I have gained more than half of the weight I lost.

Anyway, no use crying over spilt milk - I'm restarting tomorrow! And hopefully I'll be able to get down to the weight I lost and beyond - to goal - 24kg less

I'm a returning 1pd girl too! I sent in my blood test results this morning. Hoping to start next week.

I lost all the weight 8 years ago and it slowly crept on a little but then I got pregnant and gained 60 lbs!!! Ouch!

But alas, this is something we have the power to fix. We know how to do it, 1pd gives us the tools.

Let's get it done! I'm glad you are just getting going again too. We can share in the journey!
