Usually I have the same dinner but as this week has been a bit mixed up (good and bad) so I'll keep mixing it up (Cohen's friendly).
Dinners for tonight... Greek Wraps Beef strips, pan fried in spray oil Tomato and Cucumber Cos Lettuce leaf - as the wrap Homemade Tzatziki sauce (using mayo, lemon juice, garlic, dried dill)

They were pretty messy - I think I might prefer to just mix all the ingredients in a bowl and eat it like a salad but it was nice to see the volume of food on the plate (I got half a tomato, a decent portion of cucumber and 6 cos lettuce leave out of my allowance).

Dinner for tonight...
Fish and 'Chips' White fish, cooked in a little spray oil. Zucchini very thinly sliced on a mandolin, sprayed with oil and some salt, cooked in the oven until crispy (about 180 for 20-30minutes). I'll also have some salad - just some cos lettuce I think (so I can have more of the 'chips').

I used to do baked zucchini chips before I started my plan - sooo yummy, and the Kid loved them too! But I would ALWAYS eat too much. They shrink so much Your ideas are wonderful! I haven't done a whole piece of fish yet... I feel like I would be lost as to weighing it and not having to slice it up into chunks...

Thanks, Michiemama and yes, I'm on the FB group - I'm Jem Avila.
The white fish I had was already filleted I spend a few extra minutes when shopping to buy items are about the weight I need. For example, if I plan 6 dinners with chicken breast at 105g each, I'll search for a pack that is approx. 630g - this is really good for batch cooking.

Dinner for tonight...
Diet Nachos Crisp bread allowance Tomato, zucchini, mushrooms, capsicum Cheese - glorious cheese!!! Bread the crackers into shards and place in a bowl and add some cheese. Cook in the microwave until melted - usually for 1 minute. Top with diced veggies and a little more cheese Eat!!

Jem! I love that FB group... Also, so good of you to be searching for the right weights at the market. Here in the US, they use more pounds and ounces versus metric grams sooo that's a no go for me. I hate doing the math hahaha!
Your nachos sound yum! I LOVE my cheese portions... I remember being told to only have it three times a week, but I reread my old guide and I couldn't find that rule - just to only eat cheese once a day... |

You are in the zone and doing so well. Your meals sounds really interesting. It can be easy but very boring and discouraging to eat the same few meals over and over, so I love reading your detailed menus. Congrats on the big losses!
