so girls now we know what it is what would you take the $50,000 or stay. I'd take the 50 grand and get a personal trainer on the out side it is alot of money to pass up on people you are not likely to see ever again. Jacinta

I didnt see the episode yet Jacin, but I would be inclined to take the money as well I reckon.. Like you said you could get your own personal trainer and then I would try and invest the rest wisely..

seriously, how cheap is channel 10??

they're going to take it out of the prize pool??
Sure, it adds a sense of dilemma, but I preferred it when I thought they were going to give it to JJ.

i agree to take the money and get a personal trainer, chef and massage therapist until the finale.

Michelle is a young girl, she may not realise how much the money can actually help her life financially (unless she's already fairly wealthy ), she may give up the money to stay in "the white house".

I missed tonight's ep as I had a Kindergarten Meeting to attend (I'm their Fundraising Co-ordinator this year). Am going to check on the Website for details. I'm guessing it was Nicole who was voted off??? Am I right?

Yep Magenta,

Nicole has gone, the decider was with Garry and he did a lot of posturing about how he trusted Cosi and he valued him as he was his only true friend in the house. Aj asked if the situation was reversed would Cosi do the same................. silence for a moment then Cosi doing some avoidance and saying things to the effect that the votes would not be easy from now on, but not actually saying he would save Garry's Butt.

How the table turn - 4 months ago I would have paid $50 K to guarantee I would be a size 12.
But I am with you, I think if she is in the zone she should take the money. She knows what to do, she has
already had success that will drive her and she can have the cash too. I know it is not about the money but
$50 K cold hard tax free cash is a pretty good start in life. I think by now she should have learnt what she needed to.

That is my 2 cents anyway.

Cheers
Daisy

I missed it tonight as well Magenta but I did hear on the radio today that Sam has an eating disorder.. they were interviewing Niclole (I think).. apparently all is not well with the young Sammy.. mainly because the meals that have been chosen he doesnt like.. remember the seafood one where he wasn't eating any fish and not getting his protein.. They were saying that he has had to be fed behind the cameras to keep up his strength.. I only heard bits and pieces of the interview but I think I have it right.... He hasn't been eating.. then they were referring to the last winner where he looked ghastly in the final weigh in.. anorexic even...

I think Michelle is going to take the money, especially after seeing the preview where Bob says "take the money and run", cos Bob is her hero.

Sam has an eating disorder ? Maybe that's why Michelle didn't want to name names when she gave Blue team red foods last night.

Well Michelle stayed!

She decided that she would rather stay in the house and have the support of the others than walk away with 50000 and not have better health.

Ahhh Jeannie,

JJ left a note and cleared out. Said the house was not for him and he was going back to teh mystery of the highway or some other BS.

Cosi was upset he had lost his best mate in the house but most of the others were happy JJ was gone and said so. Cosi also went on and on about how Michelle refusing the 50grand was the ultimate stupid moment on Australian television and how she wasd an idiot etc etc. He is really starting to annoy me LOL.

hmm I am pretty sure I would have taken the money.. Why would you give it up to live with Cossie? Yikes...

talk about stupid for not taking the money i hope the silly young naive lass gets voted off this week and she will end up out of the house with no money anyway it makes my blood boil now she looks like Australias Biggest Dill. i dont really like Cosi that much either but he was so right i think if an older person won the money they would be out of their like a shot as HELLO morgage , car payments, kids ect. like they say you cant put an old head on young shoulders i hope she kicks herself for the rest of her life she deserves atleast that much . jacinta

Also why did she ring Bob he told her what to do and she didnt take his advice so i dont know if he will be all that impressed to see her when they come over. he should tell her " Dont waste my time and why waste the cost of the call when you didnt listen to what i had to say in the first place"
Im sure Bob has better things to do than talk to people who dont want to hear what he has to say.

The decision was stupid to not take the money, Michelle is not stupid but she is naive. Clearly she does not have the upbringing of how to handle finances because if she had she would have taken the money and invested it for her future. This is something she obviously has not been taught in her very young life. Young people do naive things and this decision to not take the money is just one of them.

You know before I found Cohens and I was so scared of dying at a young age like my dad, or developing type 2 diabetes or worse if I couldn't lose more weight, I would have stayed in the house and refused the money, my health and well being is worth more than 50000, I would give a million to have saved my Dad.

Sometimes the situation is bigger than what it appears I guess, Michelles Mum looked like they aren't poor, maybe money is not a big issue for them.
