That forum was dead! I accidentally found it one day when I googled Cohen recipes. I found so much more support and useful information on this forum. There are ladies on this forum that really helps with good advice when you get stuck. I'm happy that you found it! You will benefit from everything on here. Omg! You've lost a lot! Congratulations girl! You must feel amazing.... You are also extremely close to refeed, wow. Please also share all the advice you have that can help on the last stretch. I'm struggling a bit with this last few KGS it is as if the mind says that I'm done already. I have to constantly focus to put my mind back on track. The scales however are moving, I picked up over the weekend but at least managed to loose that and a few 100gr more this far. Have a great day Vexy |

Hi VSexy! I can totally relate how hard it is when you're almost at the refeed stage. I can't do anything but endure the hunger pains, weakness, lightheadedness and everything that comes with it. Telling myself that this is all I ever wanted and though I want to complain so much and give it up, I have to fight for it because I know it's WORTH it!!! Moreover, I can't delay more with another deviation because of an upcoming trip by end of August.

Yep! This is the championship rounds of the diet, we must just keep our heads down and get it done, my aim is to be on refers by end August.

This winter is now really getting to me, can't wait for summer. I need to be outside doing what I love to do... I'm in a pretty bad space today, just feel like finding the nearest hole and hiding inside. My motivation is just low in general since yesterday.
I need to do something inspiring today just to lift up my spirit. Scales are looking good, slow but at least it is moving. Off to the office. Have a good one. Vexy |

Morning girls
I needed your messages today. I finally came out of my bad "aura" I'm pink again! I had been moping for no reason that I could pin point... I'm standing completely still on the scale at the moment, but I will not faulted in will. I'm still keeping to the ep. This part of the journey is particular tough, women are a ball of emotions and sometimes that is what is standing in our way and clouds our vision. |
