Default Vexy's weightloss diary - last stretch

I've decided to start my diary on the last stretch because this is the part where I normally would look into the mirror and decide that this is a job well done, before I'm completely done.

My mind is a powerful tool that needs to be consciously reminded that this is not the end but the beginning of the end.

I also changed my ticker to keep my mind on track of the task ahead.

My goal for this week is 1.5kg.

Goal 4 - to be on re-feed in month 4

Day one of my 10 day challenge went well. I just feel like eating a horse this morning. I have a kings breakfast in my back pack that should be just mighty fine.

The are looking good too. I must just keep myself on track and don't deviate!

I'm stoked! Going excellent, I've lost 1.1kgs in 3 days. I've worked my butt off (not that there is much left of it) yesterday. I was completely exhausted and famished by noon just in time for lunch.

I have a less demanding day at the office today should be a good one. I had sleep apnoea when I started the diet, I am on medication for it but it has been for some time now that I'm sleeping like a baby. I feel much better

I've had an irritating back ache since yesterday, I believe its the last bit of my spine straightening out. Since I started the diet I've lost 26cms over the widest part of my tummy, I only measured this part as this was my biggest problem area.

I hope to loose at least another 6cms by the time I'm on goal.

Back ache better, scales looking good my losses for this week superseded 1.5kg just the kind of motivation I needed before the weekend.

Weekend bliss! Started off the day a bit hectic, overslept! But all good, weekend went well, didn't drink all my water as I should have.... Lost 2.1 KGS for the week.

Goal again for the new week 1.5kg.

I really wanted a Sauna blanket, kept eyeballing a few on the net and decided to save up for one. The advantages of it reach far beyond loosing the last bit of sub cutaneous fat.

Looking forward again to this weeks challenge.

Hoping to smash my 75 kg goal.

2.1Kgs - Fantastic for this end of you journey - you will be there in a flash!!!!!!

In all the diaries I have read this is the time people find the hard slog as you are so so close.....

I will keep visiting to see how you are going.

I have just completed day 1......... I started in 2011 but after a trip overseas fell off my perch and couldn't get back to the right head space - decided to just leave it for a while and last week decided that the time was here as only I can make the change.........no one gets anywhere by waiting!!

You will find it much easier if your head is in the right space! You already admitted that it is you that need to change, that is why you will succeed. Its only when we realise we are the solution to the problem and need to change, when change will happen.

You have the tools, apply them and reap the rewards.

Great to hear from you! Happy that you saw my comment.lol. I must admit it is tough, but I just have to keep going.

I'm solo enjoying looking great. I'll be posting before and afters hopefully end August, that is my due date I gave myself to be done.

Grrrrrr this last stretch is so daunting! I feel like I can eat a horse and cravings for extreme salty any things are driving me nuts.

Good luck with the last few kilos Vexy you have come so far. I struggled at the point you are at and to lose such big numbers so close to the end is BRILLIANT.

I've picked up 800gs not too stoked about that! But that happens if you slack a bit over the weekend. Onto the wagon again, ready to roll again.
