Hi Guys, well looks like another easter has come and gone and I survived choco free, and it didn't kill me either

Mum Chum I wouldn't definitively say I was out of the woods emotion roller coaster ride wise, but I believe I have this particular issue (stressing over weight loss, amount, speed etc) under control I hope. So far so good.

Shuki, I too now love the raw honestly of this forum. In the beginning I was quite wary of it for fear of being judged, but I am working through that and finding have this forum to "let it all hang out in" so to speak is a great cleansing experiences for me. Just hope my mega posts aren't to much for others to cope with hehe.

jlou, it was very funny about the non chocolate gifts, the kids were very happy with their little gift but the parents were somewhat annoyed with them, go figure that one?

Hi pommiegal, thanks for visiting and reading my diary, it certainly is a bit of a manic place, at one point I was going to ask a mod to delete all of it, but now I think it is important for me to have it here in all its pink boldness to remind me of this journey that it isn't just about weight loss, it is so much about mental attitude and emotional acceptance of ourselves, I think that is where the key lays to be successful. I was worried about me a few times as well, but having an awareness of that has helped me get to a safe place. As for boobs, YES PLEASE send me some quickly, I think I am going to have to go and buy some when I am done Looks like you will be another one starting refeed at the same time, there is going to be a heap of us.

Have a great day everyone, onwards and downwards

Quote of the day:

Today rain may poor from a grey sky but tomorrow always brings a new day.

Hi

Just noticed (after you posted on my diary) how much you lost PRE-Cohens.

Can I ask exactly what you did? I've had a few people ask me for weight loss advice (LOL!) but who can't afford Cohens ($1450 here in Singapore) or live where there isn't a clinic (UK). Whatever you did worked well.

Hi guys,

Laura I love your new photo, looking very hot indeed, and yay on being 100% chocolate deviation free, it was tough but we made it. There will be more Easters, we can enjoy in moderation.

So true Shuki, it won't kill us to not have what everyone is having, but what we will end up is our dream bodies, and that tastes so much better than any food others are eating.

Hey Narelle, I definitely thought of you when I put the quote up. I am very pleased you are feeling good about yourself today.

FYM. yes I lost a lot of weight before I started cohens, but I did not do it in a healthy manner so it would be irresponsible of me to give any advice on what I did, and it would be bad advice. Do you have to join up with the Singapore clinic? Can you join up with say the Brisbane clinic? That would make it much cheaper.

FYM sorry, I didn't make my question very clear, I was meaning, is joining a different clinic an option for you as in people who live in Singapore, not you personally? I know others who don't have clinics near them or even in the same country join with other clinics.

Wow, Wow and Wow...

Wow #1 - That woman at work.... yes I'm a few days/week behind, but I just had a major read fest.
Wow #2 - Your BMI and total loss to date! A-MAY-ZING!
Wow #3 - Size 12!!!!!!!!!

One thing though GUG..... I read with anticipation as to what the little wrapped Easter gift was and I don't think you mentioned it? Did I miss it? Was it personal? Gosh... how rude of me to ask!

Anyways, I just wanna say... I LOVE reading your posts! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

The end.

Hi all, busy, busy day, but finally got a minute to sit down and catch up. Thanks for dropping by Tara, yup this forum has become my therapy, I appreciate your support. The woman at work actually took 2 weeks leave, so not sure where she is at, will be interesting when she gets back.

Oww sorry Mellow, no it wasn't personal, stick insect bought me a stunning .75ct solitare diamond pendant. Much more impressive that an easter egg haha.

Yup I was pretty impressed with him over that one. He got lots of brownie points for that. He is using them up rapidly too let me add. But keeps reminding me what he bought for me. I am thinking it was bought more for himself hmmmmm.....

Hey there Giddyup Girl, I have just begun into my 2nd week, measured myself on Sunday and lost 20 cm, will not weigh myself until the end of the 4th week, cannot wait to see the figures. I too weighed 107.5kgs then lost 47kgs on my own and put back 27kgs I am glad you did not resign yourself to being a big girl forever, my start weigh on Cohens was 87kg I remember how isolated and lonely I was at 107.5kg I just cannot go back to that. Good luck to you I feel exactly as you.

Nah, if it was a gift for him that would have been some fur trimmed leopard skin skimpy underwear for you to parade around in .........
diamonds he bought for you, to have something to remind you about his points bank they helped accumulate maybe...

Whatever you gotta love it

Hi Sue and welcome, thanks for dropping by, looks like we have quite a bit in common weight wise that is for sure. You certainly won't regret starting this journey with Cohens and these incredibly, amazingly wonderful people on this forum. It is so amazing to have so many people on here who know exactly what we are going through and so many who are here instantly when we need support. Just fantastically awesome, and is beyond description. Congratulations on losing 20cm in 2 weeks that is a brilliant effort. And there is no way I am going back to be that fat girl, no way.

Tara maybe you are right, I should give him the benefit of the doubt, but he is so transparent, I can read him like a child's picture book. Very uncomplicated man, which can be a massive frustrations for me

Morning wonderful shrinking people. Had a shocker of a night last night, went to bed at about 10.30 and was still staring at the ceiling and 2, then woke up every half an hour until the alarm went off at 5.30. Very, very tired, no idea what that was about? Must just have been one of those decorated valley I guess. Ah well I shall just have to be extra conscious of my mood today won't I? I hope you all have a wonderful, joy filled day today
