Thanks Vee, I am feeling much better now, but I have had so much sleep that now I am not tired at all It wasn't hard to demand my own food, the rubbish they were offering me was awful. In reality I didn't feel like eating at all, but knew I had to, so forced myself to eat my plan food.

To be totally honest, I am so terrified of deviating that is about all I think about, it has become such an obsession, another one of my control issues. So scared of losing any control at all.

I am glad I took the time to work out what was right for me, I hope it will stand me in good stead for maintenance, I am figuring that bread is going to be out of the question for me

"I have also cut out mozza cheese, nearly broke my heart to do that, cause I love it so much and it was such a treat, but found that I actually gained weight the next day,"

So I finally found someone to agree with me. I also gained weight & took a week to move. I'm hoping that changes during refeed - but at least we know to keep an eye on it. I can't believe I used to have cheesy omelette for breakfast every morning pre Cohens. Certainly wouldn't have helped the continual weight loss journey I was on in those days.

Isn't this journey amazing Mum Chum, the things we are learning along the way a just priceless. Imagine you thought you were having a healthy breakfast when all along you were doing your weight loss and injustice, I just love this program for so much more than the massive benefits of losing weight, it is truly an incredible experience.

I am back to 100% well and ready to face the challenges that this week will offer me, have a wonderful shrinking day everyone.

Oh lady, lady!
What an ordeal!
I am amazed and proud of you for sticking to the plan! Makes my period pain deviation look silly! You are an amazing person!
Two thumbs up for you.
I have never had a migraine before, so I couldn't even begin to know what you were going through, but Hooray for you and for SI for being so supportive!

ps - Hubby here pointed out my inability to wear necklaces at the moments as Willow loves to grab at anything around my neck...including hair!

I have accepted 2 tickets to see Xavier Rudd when he comes to Brissy! That makes me just as excited.

HAPPY MONDAY!!!!!

Giving up the Mozza was heart breaking Shuki, but it wasn't doing me any favours . I am glad I did now though. Maybe something I can have again in moderation on maintenance.

Migraines are the pits Mellow, I feel so sorry for people who get them often. I am so determined to do this 100% to the end that I could see no other option than to force myself to eat my own food. So glad I did, really had no ill effects from the migraine it could have been disasterous weight wise.

I love the mozzarella but I must admit it was one of my big undoings on maintenance. I have totally stopped it to as part of my strategy to get rid of the weight I put on!!

Oh dear I think my steak was a bit dodgy tonight, got the biggest pain in the tummy. Not good at all, I was almost finished eating by the time I realised it didn't taste right. Dammit, I certainly don't need this, grrrrr.

Thanks for your concern Narelle, feeling a bit dark right now, so best to keep a very low profile. I am fine though, so no need to worry.

I must have a cast iron stomach Suzieblue, had a shocking pain but nothing else and it was gone too by yesterday morning so all is good now. Just annoyed cause it was eye fillet and I had only bought it the day before so had to have been dodgy when I bought it.

Sigh, mozerella cheese. I also gave it up about a month back because my weight loss stalled big-time. Forgot about the cheese until today and it had gone moldy.... so I cut around the moldy bits and saved the rest thinking that I could have some during maintenance. Hee.. is that a bad thing?

Hi GuG

Glad your feeling better. Sorry about the cheese. I almost feel like trying a cheese meal just listening to you all talk about it. Im not a huge fan of cheese though dont mind the odd bit of jarlsberg but thats not on the plan.
It will be great for you to be normal so not long yet. Your only a few weeks off refeed even!

Cheers Bronnie

Goodness Bronnie the thought of refeed is terrifying. Gotta get past TOM first. That stops me dead in my tracks for week and I generally have a gain from it as well. I am learning to accept that there is nothing I can do about being a woman is there?
