I have been having the slowest losses on record so haven't posted in here, but I should put in an update:

Loss for previous 7 Days: 0.00kg
Update: Monday 7th October
Current Weight: 57.4
Loss for previous 7 days: 0.80kg
Left to goal (52kg): 5.4kg

Hey Peeps!

Anyone out there still got 10kg to go - or have you all blitzed me and are in refeed now !

Update: Monday 14th October
Current Weight: 56.6
Loss for previous 7 days: 0.80kg
Left to goal (52kg): 4.6kg

Still going slowly! Need to lose 8cm off my waist/tum tum area to fit into my "refeed jeans".

I had a gooooood week this week!!

1.6 kilos... so 6.2 to go go GO!

Haha Lil_Doll.... bananas are on my agenda in a couple of days! Within my sights.
Can't wait for salmon either... love it.

Okay I know I am refeeding but thought it would be interesting to see what my weight goes to in relation to the whole programme. SO weigh in last week was 67.8kg and this week as yesterday 67.1kg so that is 700g loss. Not too bad being that I started refeed. Let us see if I am at that magic 66. something next week Keep going you are all doing so fantastic. Can't wait to read your refeed diary's!

-200g... which normally I would be upset about but during reefed!! And to my magic number Can't believe I made it!!!!

And I have 3.4kg to go to my original refeed weight! As of today. I hope to be boasting about only being 3kg from original refeed weight on Monday - come on lemon drink!

WOW McBell!!! Fantastic loss! Seems you and I will HOPEFULLY be hitting refeed together
I have been back on plan for 3 weeks now, lost 5.2kgs... I have 1.8kgs to go! Not sure if its because I have to squeeze my ass into wedding dress in a few months, or what, but I have stuck to Cohens 100%, without even THINKING of deviating! Anyway... Don't wanna ramble, or take away from YOUR GREAT LOSS!!! Looking forward to hearing what it is OFFICIALLY tomorrow!

Update: Monday 21st October
Current Weight (21st Oct): 56.0
Loss for previous 7 days: 0.60kg
Update: Monday 28th October
Current Weight: 54.8
Loss for previous 7 days: 1.2kg (OMG - magical lemon drink???)
Left to goal (52kg): 2.8kg

Looks like I was too tantrum face to report my update last week, so I have done it today. So I need to try on my Mavi jeans (will wake till the boy is up), but although the scales are similar to when I bought them, I feel my measurements are not where they are meant to be for me to fit into them ....maybe it isn't going to happen to my meticulous planning this time around? It is my damn hips and thighs - being very slow!

Sammy! so excited for your upcoming nuptials! Official weigh in is just the same as yesterday - at least it didn't go back up!

Wow, you only have 1.8kg to go - so so close! Am thinking you might get there before me....but I don't mind - as long as you entertain us with a refeed diary to give us all ideas of how to mix our protiens!

McB... Speaking of your jeans... I am finding the EXACT same issue... Don't get me wrong, I can SEE and FEEL I have lost alot and my clothes are fitting so so so nicely again... BUT I am not sure if in my minds eye, I believed I was alot skinner than I actually was at goal weight, or if I am still looking at myself through "inner fat chick" goggles?!?! My fiance says I am tiny... My clothes tell me I am tiny.... But when I look at myself, I am NOT SEEING IT! Don't even know if this makes sense, and maybe I am just going nuts! I too have my FAVOURITE pair of goal weight jeans... These ridiculously small size 6's... I looked at them again yesterday... Looked at myself and put them back into my wardrobe! I simply can't get myself to actually try them on because I am petrified of disappointment! I am petrified I get to 55kg's again and I still SEE my inner fat girl!
AI we woman put extreme amounts of pressure on ourselves!

I feel mostly in the same boat as you Sammy - but I say try those jeans on! I was surprised today to "get into" all my "goal weight jeans", not that I would wear them in public yet.

The boy has told me that I can "stop wasting away any time after now", but I am obsessed about feeling comfortable in those clothes that I spent so much of our money on (it wasn't just mine, well, it was still mostly mine) - oh no, now I sound exactly like I did last time around when I was obsessed with getting to 52kg on the clinic scales - I settled for 52kg on my home scales (53.2 on clinic scales) in the end.

I know EXACTLY what you mean! My fiance is constantly on my case that I need to start refeed now because I am "wasting away".... I have tried to explain to him that I NEED my scale to say 55kg's... That I NEED refeed signs to hit and that if I refeed to soon, then all of this was basically done in vein... But its like speaking to a brick wall! He has never had to battle his weight EVER! In fact, if he stops pigging out on carbs and sweets on a daily basis, he drops weight at a ridiculous rate LIFE IS NOT FAIR!!!!!
And even though I know 1.6kg's as almost nothing... at the same time, its EVERYTHING!!!!
I'm losing this last bit really slowly! About 100g per day if I work it out.... And with your incredible loss, we might just get to refeed around the same time!

Haha Sammy (although not so Haha about your post in 1and1s diary), my boy has porked out a bit - but yeah, he just thinks about losing weight overnight and it happens!

I totally get this:

1.6kg once you are in maintenance is practically nothing, but it is very important this side of the game.

I know that I am probably about what will end up being my maintenance weight now (would be good to have less fat and more muscle tone though), but I know I need to do this properly (again), to give myself the best shot at making it stick.

Once I have less than 2kg to go to get to refeed, I will cut out the cayenne (deviation!) and maybe do Spannah's concentrated lemon drink to get those scales and cms down to where I want them.

I have just noticed now that my lower back is a bit sore (refeed symptom), but I might just be making it up. I really don't want to be a sh*tty mc-meanie-bell to my nephews while we are in Sydney like I was last time I saw them, as I was basically ready for refeed then.....will have to keep that in mind! But it would be totally awesome (totes awesome) to come back to NZ and be able to refeed! Timing would be almost perfect!

Blah blah blah - enough blabbling on about me in this thread!

Hahaha... I have a dull pain in my lower back and yesterday was my first "hungry" day... But then I was thinking... Is it all in my mind? Knowing I'm close to goal, or is it really there??? OH the mindgames begin!

Yep, that is the truth - this (well apart from Maintenance, which will be my greatest challenge going on past performance) is the hard bit - deciding when to refeed!

Am I the only person still posting in this thread? Has everyone gotten to refeed already while I wallow in lemon drink that doesn't work and tears of frustration? Don't mind me, I am just being dramatic!

Current Weight: 54.6
Loss for previous 7 days: 0.2kg (Not Happy!)
Left to goal (52kg): 2.6kg

Pretty sure I am going to start refeed on the 18th/19th of November as long as I am still sub 55kg - my weight is all over the place, and I might just need to do refeed and then go back on plan for 5-10 days to drop down to my goal weight/size.

Am a bit over it at the moment, but the timing is terrible to start refeed now (heading away for four days this Thurs, and then away for 5 days next Wed).

Hey McB have you spoken to your consultant about this predicament? They might have a suggestion of what to do? Is it possible to introduce extra fruit or something like day 1 or day 2 of refeed just to get you through the next 10 days? I have no idea but if your body is gonna go crazy until you do refeed there might be something you can do to help it manage the extra days?

Hi Caz

I emailed my consultant about my plan.....to start refeed once I am back - didn't mention too much, but did say my weight was bouncing around even though I was being perfect......

I am not desperate yet - but if I do get there I will email her and ask about extra fruit or crackers etc.

Have had lots of comments today, so I feel ok about not getting to my lower goal before I start refeed.
