Waterwise Challenge Monday 6th April to Sunday 19th April 2009
Time to sign up for the next WaterWise Challenge. Nominate yourself and how many litres of water you commit to drink each day. As the weather cools down it is easy to let our water intake slide. I know I have struggled a little bit this fortnight. Found myself with 1 litre still to drink at 8 pm the other night. I find if I can get half before lunch I am feeling much more comfortable and not so likely to have to get up in the night. Well done to everyone who has been doing so well in previous challenges. Remember this is one challenge that even those in maintenance can rise to. Sometimes when people get to maintenance the water intake slides and yet when you keep WaterWise it is easier to maintain. Count me in please also mmmm 2.5l is that cheating going down from 3litres. Has its soooo cold and Im feeling it I have struggle this last few days. So I am reasoning that I am so much smaller than the last few challenges that I need less water..
So 2.5l for this one.. I am a big big believer that water has helped me succeed along this journey! Thanks for organising this challenge. I also will claim another bottle for the last one. Yay!!!

Hi Maria,
Not cheating just adjusting. My clinic says use the guideline of 1 ltr for every 25 kgs body weight - so water is to adjusted as we shrink. Yes I am struggling a bit at momment as it gets cooler. I will adjust mine down this time. Remember too - it is miniumum amount - you can always drink more on a particular day if needed. You are travelling so well. Both with WaterWise challenge and mango ....... and also 6 week challenge. Keep shining Shanara

I've kept to my 3L a day water challenge. I'm having problems getting the water icon into my signature block though. It disappears after I've saved it. what am I doing wrong? |
