Default 10kg to loose

Hi I am not new to Cohen, got to my goalweight July 2007 and lost 20kg. I did the refeeding and finished it all, BUT I gained 10kg, need to loose it again. Going to try my old program ,but need inspiration and encouragement!!cdb

Then you have come to the right place!!!
Hook yourself in to a couple of challenges (100% Deviation Free runs fortnightly), get yourself a diary and click around on the forum - you will find this place is just amazing for support and feeback...there's a lot of knowledge here...and all are very generous in sharing
Best of luck getting back on the bus!

Good on you for getting back on the horse and getting back on the path to where you want to be!
Best thing, I think, is to get approval for a diary and keep a record of how you are travelling, because the support and feedback you get there is truly awe-inspiring! I can't tell you on how many occasions the responses from fellow-cohenites have pulled me through rough patches!
And as Talia said, get into some of the challenges! They are great motivators! And most importantly, work on the issues behind the eating. Getting in the right headspace is crucial to maintaining your losses.
We all believe in you - the important though is that you do as well!
Stay strong and keep smiling!
