Waterwise Challenge Monday 6 September to Sunday 19 September
Calling all Waterwisers! Time to collect your Waterwise Icons for last fortnights challenge and congratulations to those who made it through. If you didn't quite get there........try again in this challenge .......... if you haven't done a challenge yet start with this one!  Day 1 (Again) Tuesday 3rd May 2011... Goal 1 - 10kgs Gone, Goal 2 - 15kgs Gone, Goal 3 - 20kgs Gone, Goal 4 - Refeed and Finish!!! Previously lost - 25kgs on Cohens 2010  No gain just maintain... Now to lose last 20kgs!!!

Yeah earnt my water bottle,, had a least 2 litres daily usually had 3.
